Health & Fitness Center

Trinity Village’s Health and Fitness Center is a wonderful complex with programs for senior fitness. The complex features a 40 X 22 feet heated indoor pool with adjoining spa. The separate exercise and fitness area is equipped with the latest equipment and weights for senior exercise as well as an area for instructor-led exercise classes.

The Health and Fitness Center offers a comprehensive arthritis management program that focuses on water and land exercise classes designed especially for individuals with arthritis, as well as programs that also address the social, spiritual, emotional and intellectual needs of our residents.
